You can experience Reiki on it own or with some hypnosis.
What can you experience from a Reiki Session is a Sense Of Clarity, Relaxation, Heat Or Coldness, Tingling, Waves Of Pulsations, Sense Of Comfort.
It is very good for busy minds, stress relief and a feeling of being centred.
